This is a permanent free plan, not unlimited data or a timed paid trial. Actual speeds depend on the device, network and connection conditions. Check your current usage and eligible profile in your account.
A Lisar account and an eligible profile are required. The monthly allowance limits available traffic, and the connection limit applies to active sessions. Speed limits are caps, not a promise of actual speed; your device, network, route and service conditions affect performance.
Start in three steps
- Choose the Lisar Android app or a compatible device guide from Download and setup.
- Sign in and select an eligible profile. For manual setup, use only the profile supplied through your own Lisar account.
- Follow the app or client instructions, including required consent and VPN permissions. Connect and confirm the status.
Limits and privacy
DNS ad blocking requires an eligible plan and is not included in Free. See Pricing for the current options.
Lisar retains account, security and connection-operation records as described in the Privacy Policy. Read the data categories and retention periods before using the service. A VPN does not make all activity anonymous or replace secure accounts and careful browsing.
Need help starting?
Check your profile’s status and remaining allowance before connecting. If a connection fails, review the displayed error and the troubleshooting guide before retrying. Keep profile files private and disconnect when you finish.
