Acceptable Use Policy
Lisar is intended for lawful privacy, secure connectivity and standard VPN profile use. Activity that harms people, networks, payment systems or Lisar infrastructure is prohibited.
1. Prohibited activity
- Spam, phishing, malware, botnet activity, credential attacks, port scanning for abuse, unauthorized access, account takeover or exploit attempts.
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment instruments, fake identity information, automated account creation or free-plan abuse.
- Harassment, threats, illegal content distribution, child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content or activity that promotes violence or exploitation.
- Copyright infringement at scale, traffic resale, proxy abuse, scraping abuse, denial-of-service activity or attempts to harm third-party networks.
- Attempts to bypass Lisar quota, speed, session, payment, country, compliance, security or abuse controls.
2. Network protection
Lisar may rate-limit, block, disconnect, suspend or terminate profiles or accounts where activity indicates abuse, risk or violation. Some destinations, ports, protocols or countries may be restricted to protect users, infrastructure and third-party networks.
3. Abuse reports
Send abuse reports to abuse@lisar.io. Include timestamp with timezone, source IP or hostname, destination IP/domain, relevant logs, headers and your contact information.
4. Enforcement
Enforcement may include warnings, session disconnects, profile disablement, account suspension, payment review, refusal of service, preservation of evidence, or reporting to appropriate providers or authorities where legally required.
