Business VPN routing
Business routing context for teams and custom review.
Review client support, firmware, profile handling, DNS behavior, testing, and recovery before using Lisar on a compatible router or network device.
Router setup is intended for compatible routers and network devices that support the required VPN client modes. Compatibility depends on the device firmware, supported protocols and available configuration options.
Lisar does not guarantee that every router or modem can be configured. Review the device capabilities before planning a router-based setup.
Router setup can be useful when multiple devices need to share a network-level VPN path or when a business needs routing behavior at the network edge.
For company, travel group or office scenarios, review the Business page before making changes to production network equipment.
Before requesting router setup help, collect the router model, firmware version, supported VPN client modes, target use case, number of users or devices, and whether Custom Exit or DNS behavior is required.
Do not send passwords, private keys or sensitive internal credentials in the first contact message.
Some router scenarios may require manual review. This is especially important when the setup involves a company network, a customer-provided virtual router, custom entry behavior or Custom Exit.
Lisar can review the requested setup path before activation where custom routing is needed.
If your router does not support the required setup path, use device-level setup instead. Review the Windows, macOS, iOS and Android OpenVPN setup guides for standard client-based setup.
Screens and available options can vary by operating-system version, client version, device policy, and network rules. Use the documented path for your actual device and profile; compatibility is not universal.
